Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guest, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue requirements. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

We want you to be able to kick back and relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home.

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors / outdoors.

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is formal wear / cocktail attire. Ladies, tea-length or floor length dresses. Please refrained from wearing white or ivory. Gentleman, dress shirt & tie, sports coat or suit. NO jeans. This is an outdoor event / indoor event. Ladies, please take this in account when choosing your heels. Color examples, dark wine, dark green, copper, navy. Dark romantic colors

Yes! There is plenty of complementary parking at the venue with special handicap parking near the door.

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We hired an awesome photographer to capture every detail of the wedding, and we will of course share photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day, and we encourage you to snap away.

Yes! There are cabins on site available to rent. Please reach out to Bride and Groom for details. Hotels are closed by in Purlear, Wilkesboro, and Boone.

To help us with our planning, please RSVP by July 7th, 2025. If we don’t hear from you by that date, we’ll assume you won’t be able to join us. Your presence is incredibly important to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate this special day together!
